Kubluu releases his donkey and gives it a glance. He slaps it away whilst he stands his ground.

"If necessary, end it for me!"

Kuublu gives a high pitched, gibbering warcry in anticipation of the coming battle...

OOC: Does Ammu know that rabid animals are afraid of water?

OOC: Well they're afraid of swallowing, which can look like their afraid of water, but this isn't exactly rabies...either way its unlikely he would know no.

The hyena circled quickly trying to get to the men and the donkey, two of them charged Kuublu and one Ammu....the other hung back making a strangled sound and coughed up a mass of phelgm and blood onto the dusty ground.

OOC: Combat is begun.

Kuublu glares, baring the whites of his eyes as he advances into them with javelin and shield.

OOC: I have outlined my strategy. I will wait for the hyena to attach to my protected arm and then kill it while it is clenched defencelessly to me.

The two hyenas snapped at Kuublu but he managed to keep them at bay and away from the donkey.

The third attacked Ammu ferociously, its jaws seized on the padding around his arm and it shook its head ferociously wrenching his arm almost from its socket.

Kuublu stabbed wildly with his spear but it hit the stone well and the iron and leather bindings around the tip failed....he was left holding a long thin staff as the blade fell to the ground.

Ammu struck down fiercely at the Hyena, but his blow just missed the maddened beast.

Hyena 2, rolled 10,8 using 1d20,1d8.
Hyena 3, rolled 6,7 using 1d20,1d8. ( 4 dam to Ammu)

Kuublu laughs at the turn of events. He hurls away the javelin staff, fends off the hyenas whilst he readies another, and will proceed to stab around with this one.
