If only there was a volucreth repellent. 3 vs 10 is a bit hard to manage, need to cut them down into bite sized chicken chunks... |

Hm, now if the 'hunting' chicken are on our side, guess you only need to outrun the volucreth. Perhaps the actual rescue should be left to another time when we have sufficient redshirts to suck up all the javelin sized arrows.... |

Just out of interest, how far away from the group are we? A Shadowbolt lobbed at the Volucreth Overseer might shake things up a bit, although I still think 10:3 (10:4 with our new friend) odds are a bit hopeless, even if we can find a way of getting weapons to a few of the slaves. |

If the terror birds are far enough away that you could fight them without engaging the volucreth then I’d say that’s a great idea. I’ll hang out here trying to free prisoners quietly, and whenever I end up getting noticed me and anyone I got out can just book it in to the jungle. (Where we can hopefully meet up with you all to bolster your bumbers before taking out the volucreth directly. |

How far away are the hunting birds going? I got the impression from one of the GM's replies that they were chasing Uruka's illusion, but weren't likely to be fooled for long and would return to the group. I guess we'd need to lead them into dense jungle so that we could ambush them where the Volucreth won't find out about it..? |

Well...they are only Rank 2 Equivalent so each of you should be worth 2 of them at least........on paper.... About 20m away, the undergroth is very thick off the game trail so theres little chance of them seeing you if you don't move much. |
