So I have a clarification question about the slave bondings.

We’re all bound at the hands by rope and neck by collar. Are all the slaves tied together by the rope binding their hands? Or is their a chain theough the collars? Like, if I cut one peice of rope in particular, would it allow all the slaves to scatter (if maybe not be unbound?) I figure if we’re just trying to break out, then able to run in to the jungle and take off your collar and hand bindings later if you’re lucky enough to escape is better than staying here with the volucreth.

How far is the fight? My original plan was to hit from a distance, I'm inclined to keep slinging for now but if Uruka is close by Kuublu might just join. Anyway, should be only one chicken left, the other one must be a bit overcooked....

There is a thick leather and cord cable connecting the collars, the undergrowth is pretty thick and a group of people running through it are likely to snag a tree or tree-fern pretty quickly....which will either snap necks or at least put everyone in the chain on their arse.

So if I cut the thick cord somehow, would it just pull through loops in the collars? Or is it tied to each collar individually?

My thinking is, if I steal a weapon from a distracted Volucreth and chop the cord then everyone can just run their own way and the cord would slip out of the collars as people pull away. If each collar is tied on individually then that wouldn’t work.

The terror birds are running farther away from the volucreth camp, or away from the PCs and back TOWARD the camp?
