Lol, I have no clue, but Jaafan’s plan is to run away again, then circle back to the herd’s stampede trail to the point of origin, and then head west looking for tracks of the slave group, since he knows roughly where they turned left in relation to the herd’s location. I’ll post as such in an hour or so. Just gotta get home from worl to write it up all nice and in character.

Roughly 10 minutes away further back along the trail, the last place where we all defecated. I'm sure we can find the place by the smell, stand on it even.... |

Ok. This is your situation: - You are in the jungle. The only trail you've seen has been the one the Volucreth use so following that will take you back to the compound. - Obviously another option is try and find the sun through the canopy, determine rough north and strike off through the virgin jungle that way. - Something else? |

Well, maybe if we're stuck in a wooden cave, we follow the cave in the direction which we were originally going, just keeping our distance since they know we're out here.... |

Well, its like the book 3 elven crystals wooden cave... We'd best stick to the wooden passages in this underwurlde. I'd say lets follow the original party. Alternative is to go the way we went back but that seems long. |

Yeah, might as well find out where they were going. Maybe its the sea with some slave traders... or some place that'll sell us supplies. Otherwise, backtracking will be boring... |

Wherever they were headed is likely going to be Volucreth controlled. The volucreth and humans don’t tend to mix nicely in Jaafan’s opinion. I guess I’d go with climbing a tree to spot the sun and just heading in a general direction of humanity.NW would be he direction Jaafan would pick because at least he knows his tribe lies somewhere in that general direction. Where did the other PCs set out from the last time they were around humans? As for third options... I don’t know... wander around looking for tracks or trails? That seems just as dangerous as setting out through the jungle, and with even less of a point. |
