Dragon Warriors

Up through the trees you detect a flickering light. As you approach, you realise that this is the building you saw from far below, but it is more a cave than a house. There is a low pale cliff with small black windows in it and a low door. A wide ledge, with rough steps hewn into it, leads up to it. The cliff is entwined by great knots of ancient tree roots, they are adorned with a hundred burning brands, undimmed by the driving rain, blazing into the gloom.

From here you can look down on Iintombi Intlambo., far below, a pitiful huddle of homes lashed by the pouring deluge.

You can make out a single light still burning in one of the windows. Looking to the far horizon, you see a glow beneath the storm clouds. Day is coming.

The door creaks open and a familiar looking old chimp looks out at you, he leaves the door ajar and disappears back inside.....

What floor is the window with the light? Mthunzi wants to use his stealth and climbing abilities to get to the window and take a peek inside...

He'll let the rest of the group know that's what he is going to do unless there is an objection.

Ak'kulula slows to a halt before the strange cave house. Cocking his head, he stares at it curiously, his gaze ranging from the stone steps to the black windows, and finally resting upon the flickering light in one of the windows.

OOC - Does See Enchantment reveal anything? Does Ak'kulula's quick examination bring out any other useful detail?

The young lad watches as the door creaks open and an old chimp peers out for a brief moment before disappearing inside. He turns to his companions in wide-eyed astonishment.

"It seems... we have been invited to enter!"

The glow of the coming dawn glinting in his eyes, Ak'kulula looks expectantly, first at Mthunzi, and then at Kubluu...

"Be my guest if you want to walk right in young one, but I have learnt that not all invitations are friendly, or all intentions clear to understand"

Mthunzi quietly and carefully moves towards the window with the light.

Kuublu walks right in....

Cautiously Ak'kulula follows Kubluu into the dwelling place of the Mother of Moons. Though he is empty-handed and displays a non-hostile outward demeanor, his eyes dart around studying the place, looking out for danger.

Entering close behind the Prince, he surreptitiously looks behind the door, then looks ahead for signs of the old chimp who had opened the door for them.

Chiemeka follows the others into the house.

Stretching out all his senses, the lad enters the cave dwelling cautiously.

OOC - Premonition and ESP ON. Sense anything? Any sign of the old Chimp?
