Yes, thanks. Slowly. It's more a matter of having a better idea of what is wrong at the moment and knowing it shouldn't get any worse, and should be able to improve, than it actually having improved much so far. But that's a big step in the right direction. And because we know what it is, I've been able to claim some benefits which means I can cut back on the hours I'm working, which makes things a lot easier as well - I wasn't in a position to cut back my work hours until we knew what was going on.

Hi guys.

Just wanted to give people a heads up. Obviously I am not currently participating in this game. I apologise for that. It is down to basically the same health issues I've alluded to before.

But worse.

For the last nearly three weeks in particular, I have been extremely ill. Not life threatening, but only a step or so below that. I've been a hospital patient for over two weeks, but because of a program at my hospital I have been able to spend most of my time at home. I'm getting better but I don't think I have ever been this tired in my entire life. I'm still managing to do my games in real life - short bursts a few hours long that save my sanity even if they leave me even more exhausted :) But I find the play by post game somehow unrelenting. And I just cannot handle it. That makes me sad. But it is what it is.

Hey Shaun, just hang in there. I had multiple attacks of cellulitus last year and it was due to what seems like an ingrown toenail, except I get minimal pain and the vaguest sensations. So far I've been free since October, my last attack which left me in bed suffering from chills. Turns out I should've went to hospital for that, read about how it gets worse from there. Somehow managing to avoid symptoms by periodically dousing vinegar in that toenail site, even though I think nothings wrong with it.

I think maybe you might want to try some rich iron and vitamin b foods. Red meat, egg yolk, not sure what dietary restrictions you may have, but these two help enrich the oxygen content, and provide enzyme reaction sites. Basically red meat, egg yolk and possibly nuts and beans.
