The group now notice a huge stone casket by the south wall. It is sealed with a strange iron clasp bigger than a man’s fist.

"Strange box...what's inside Ak'kulula not know..." The Mystic stands a safe distance away studying the casket visually.

OOC - The casket is man-sized? Is it upright and leaning against the wall? Or lying down parallel to the wall? Any tracks or signs of movement around it?

Can Ak'kulula sense anything? Magic? Danger?

OOC - lying down parallel to the wall, covered in dust everywhere and no footprints other than skeletal scuffmarks.
There is a faint aura of magic within the casket.

"Faint traces...magic...inside" Ak'kulula murmurs as his keen eyes run over the length of the strange stone casket. Further staring reveals no new information. The lad scuffs his feet against the dusty floor and turns around to glance 1st the Prince, and then the rest of the party.

"Not look like anything dangerous. Open?" The round brown eyes of the Mystic that you sense are able to see way deeper into the nature of things, even into your own soul, gaze inquiringly into your own now...

OOC - The room has no other exit? Only way out is the way the party came in, which leads to the other end with ebony double doors?

The other three came forward to regard the casket, as Ak'kulula looked around the room for other exits but found none.

Etwa leaned in, " Well? Are one of you going to open it or not?"

Kuublu holds his breath and opens the casket.

As the caskets stone lid is lifted aside a panel in the wall behind it shoots up into the ceiling revealing a cramped passage leading into darkness.

But for the moment Kuublu is distracted by the contents of the casket:

- Six ebony arrows with broad iron heads and fletched with white feathers. ( They shine to Ak'kululas vision.)
- A draught in a polished leather flask. ( It shines to Ak'kululas vision.)
- A small bronze bottle stoppered with a wax seal and amber. ( it shines brightly to Ak'kululas vision.)
- A gold clasp in the form of a leaping gazelle.
- An intricately carved ivory tooth almost the length of his forearm...it is covered in overlapping symbols of Nyami. ( It shines brightly to Ak'kululas vision.)
- A carved wooden tablet covered in script Kuublu cannot read. ( It shines brightly to Ak'kululas vision.)
- An ironwood royal sceptre capped with an orb of solid gold.

OOC: Chiemeka also has a pouch of green gems and a bag with a roaring gale magically contained within!

Ak'kulula's eyes glitter in awe and wonder at the contents of the casket - he has never set his eyes on so many enchanted items at the same time! He examines each in turn, carefully handling the artifacts as they deserve and warrant, laying them down one by one on the floor reverently.

"Your Highness. Each of these is a wondrous treasure in its own right. The one who becomes master of each should be like one who receives a mighty gift. She should keep it safe, bringing it forth boldly when needed to fight against the evil and the corrupted who would blight this land."

The Mystic steps back in humility. He awaits the decision of the Prince, the Priest of Nyami, and the old Shaman, to correctly allocate the artifacts, trusting in their wisdom to choose whom each gift may be of the greatest use.

OOC - Indeed, Ak'kulula already has the Feathered Circlet and the Staff that fires cold and heat. He doesn't need more stuff.
