The spirit or shade or whatever it is does not attack but merely continues to point at Uruka.

At first its thin jaws seem to gape noiselessly, but then a shrill keening can be vaguely discerned on the edge of hearing.....

Kuublu assumes this is some kind of magical assault. Time to shut it up with the help of Queen Ndar....

Kuublu roars in rage as he goes about 'pacifcying' this ancient convict.... If it was about to reward him, it should've made it more obvious....

Kuublus blow seems to injury the spirit somewhat, it recoils but continues focusing on Uruka.

If Uruka is not 'uncomfortable', Kuublu pauses for 1 round to observe what boons this spirit grants Uruka.....

Uruka wonder what’s the spirit doing.
He has a feeling this is bad. However, combat training taught him to fight. He casts silent warrior to attack the enemy

A fierce spectral warior appears and stabs at the shade but, almost impossibly, it evades the attack, Kuublus spear dives in again and as it strikes intense anger flairs in the wraithly being and the hand pointing at Uruka suddenly closes into a fist.

Uruka feels a terrible pressure around his heart as it is crushed in his chest and he drops to the ground lifeless.

The shade seems to grow in power even as Urukas breath leaves his body...it turns towards Kuublu.
