The companions solemnly make their way back out of the fortress in silence, there is enough foliage without to form a reasonable pyre....though perhaps they wish to claim items from the body first. |

With a heavy heart Kuublu and the others work on building a pyre some distance away from the fort and other structures. He knows that these are glad times as those who depart will join their ancestors in the eternal hunting grounds. However it may be a while before Kuublu and others will rejoin his comrade. Kuublu sings a low song of remembrance, glad times and wishing those who leave a safe journey..... I think I'll take the gold 'until he meets with his relatives', so many expenses along the way.... those are gold ingots right? Right, I think this is going to be labour intensive. I'll 'tax' the 38.5 gold and someone gets the ass. We'll burn the rest of the hardware unless anyone else wants it. |

Urukas body was consigned to the flames though none present knew if this was the way of his people Chiemeka did his best to officiate. As the body burned they were again faced with a choice, to enter the fortress again...to chance the temple and its guardians or to leave this place.... |
