It is a crime how much real-life - work, relationships, sleep, etc. - take over important things like writing, creative expression, and fantasy escapism.
I, too, have been a victim of life not playing fair with my priorities, hence the lack of constructive progress, and have also been thwarted on the Brymstone front for an entirely different reason, but that should probably be the subject of a post in that topic... And as for the Rank Equivalence generator on the Cobwebbed Forest having stopped working after a database corruption I haven't had time to fix, the list just goes on. But excuses are not the way of a true dragon warrior and I feel sure that overcoming these recent challenges will give me the XP I need to increase in rank and acquire a much-needed Skills of the Mighty!
Sadly, Brymstone is out of my control, but shelving that (at least for now, but watch this space) should give me time to work on some other projects when time permits. I do, after all, have an ambitious vision for http://www.dragonwarriors.uk to realise, too
