Once they are back with the group Corvin hands Father Bretwald a small pot of smelly salve to apply to his burns and then casts Lesser Healing on Bretwald. |

Corvin pauses in thought for a moment before continuing. “What say we lower a lantern down and perhaps someone small to do a little reconnaissance and then we can decide what to do next?” Corvin turns to Laila. “Care to have a look down there? Ladies first!” he finishes with a flourishing bow and a smirk. |

Lucky picks up the heaviest branch he can find and tosses it into the hole, then listens to see how long it takes to hit the bottom. |
